As a transplant team member I have weird and unpredictable shifts I can be called at 2 o’clock 5 o’clock, or I can just extend my shift so much it covers 36 hours…. Am used of my sleeping routine since I was 18 and I started as first responder while studying medicine so honestly now it’s almost a habit and it doesn’t mess up my love for traveling, jet leg it’s not a problem….
